Hi, all. This blog/website is going to be devoted to bringing readers pictures of single speed bicycles, along with product reviews. Through this experience I am hoping to bring more knowledge and understanding of single speeds to the readers. While riding “geared” bikes has its benefits, there is nothing like riding a bike where you can focus on your surroundings instead of gearing.
Remember when you were a kid and you rode down the street to (insert childhood friend here) Billy’s house? What was it that made you smile? The simple pedaling, racing down the block to see who could get to the ice cream truck first? Racing down a hill to jump the creek that seemed like the raging Mississippi? What was it for you?
