Google is looking to finally add the Bike There feature. I can’t wait to use this. It looks like DC will be one of the first of a few other cities to get done. Check out the whole story at bike-pgh.org.

It seems that more and more I am hearing of cyclists getting hit and there being no consequences. We have whole units of police departments devoted to tracking down the mistreatment of animals. People are thrown in jail for abusing a dog or cat. It seems that no one really cares about cyclists. We must be the rat among the animal kingdom. I am really at a loss here.
If you were to run over a runner early in the morning on your way to work you would get man-slaughter. If you killed another person while driving you would go to trial for what you did. However, if you kill two cyclists “no biggie” just go home and think about what you did. Never mind the little girl that is left parent-less.

I am officially back. After a long trip to Spain and my grandfather passing away, I’m back. I actually feel alright being at work today. Took a trip to Fairfax Deli with Veggie Tales (a co-worker) and my usual sandwich. Now I am sitting at my desk working on emails. Fun!
Hopefully I can break away from work and go to the gym today. If not today then tomorrow for sure. Veggie Tales wants me to ride home with him today, however, it is getting cold in VA. Yeah yeah yeah, VA winters are mild, blah blah blah. I’m sensitive 
Hopefully later this week I will get some Barcelona pictures up of the bikes I saw.

I love rollers. There is no better way to get a workout in your house. Normal trainers don’t give you the full range of motion that rollers can, especially E-motion rollers. Plus the Europeans love them so you know they are good till the last drop.

No updates on the Tour, no articles on anything, what is wrong with me? Must be this 9-5 getting me down.
- The good news, Alberto my boy is on top of the GC leaderboard for The Tour de France. Let’s see how this pans out for the rest of the week.
- My bike shop doesn’t feel the need to order the right parts for me.
- Can I go home yet?
